The setlist below is from setlist.fm and matches Wikipedia's tour article. Thirteen of the 23 songs come from the ARIRANG album (including the bonus track "Come Over"). The other eight are older BTS hits, plus the two surprise songs.
BTS ARIRANG tour setlist in order
Wikipedia splits the show into three acts. Setlist.fm logs the third act, starting with "Come Over," as the encore. A New Jersey review described a break before it, with the screens showing the crowd.

Setlist.fm also logs short taped segments between songs, including talking breaks, interludes and video segments. These are not counted as songs.
What changes from night to night
- The two surprise songs (#20 and #21). These have been different every night, with some repeats. Recent picks were "Outro: House of Cards" and "UGH!" in Lima on Oct 10. See the full surprise songs list for every show.
- Remix versions. Setlist.fm sometimes logs MIC Drop as the Steve Aoki remix. On some nights it also notes extended outros on "Merry Go Round," "IDOL" and "Into the Sun."
- Busan (June 12 and 13). According to Wikipedia and setlist.fm, "One More Night" replaced "Please" and BTS sang the Korean version of "NORMAL." June 13 also had three surprise songs instead of two.
Two ARIRANG tracks are not in the regular show. "No. 29," a short track, hasn't been performed on the tour, and "One More Night" has only been sung at the Busan shows.
How long is the BTS ARIRANG concert?
Plan on about two and a half hours. Korea JoongAng Daily described the Goyang opener as "the two-and-a-half-hour show." At MetLife Stadium in August, the New Jersey outlet NJ Arts counted about 2 hours 30 minutes in total. Leaving out the pre-encore break with crowd shots on the screens, it counted about two hours of BTS on stage. The review was reported by Sports Kyunghyang.
With an 8 p.m. start, that puts the end at about 10:30 p.m. local time. Start times can slip: Korea JoongAng Daily reported that the Goyang opener began about eight minutes after its scheduled 7 p.m. start.

About the songs
Most of the main set comes from the 2026 album. ARIRANG songs make up 10 of the 16 main-set songs, and 3 more are in the encore. The older songs are fan favorites: "Run BTS," "FAKE LOVE," "Not Today," "MIC Drop," "Fire" and "IDOL" in the main set, then "Butter" and "Dynamite" in the encore. The US shows we checked (Foxborough, Baltimore and Los Angeles) were listed for 8 p.m. local time, with gates opening at 5:30 to 6 p.m. The Santiago shows are listed for about 8 p.m. local time (7 p.m. ET), and São Paulo for 8 p.m. local time with gates at 4 p.m. Always check the time printed on your ticket.
Does the BTS setlist change every night?
Only the two surprise songs after Dynamite change. The other 21 songs have stayed in the same order at every show so far, except in Busan, where One More Night replaced Please and NORMAL was sung in Korean.
How many songs are in the BTS ARIRANG concert?
23 on a normal night: 16 in the main set and 7 in the encore, two of which are surprise songs. Busan on June 13, 2026 had 24 because BTS played three surprise songs.
